Present were Dave and Cindy Dunn, Dave and Heidi Mull, Scott and Gail Broekema, Gene Gibson, Phil Gibson, Joe DiLorenzo, Tom and Julie Miller, Gary Marble, Rick and Cindy Bishop, Lori Stolte and Lynn Trestrail.
The meeting was called to order at 7:03 pm by President Rick Bishop.

Treasury report: Lori Stolte presented and reviewed the treasury report. All expenses and income were detailed. A motion was made by Lynn and seconded by Gene to approve the treasury report. The motion passed.
Heidi has reserved the party room at the Inn for the Club Fall Color Tour. We will have hot dogs and brats at our picnic. Heidi will get buns. Participants will bring their own drinks and some kind of dish to pass.
November 12 is Taco and movie night. A few suggestions for movies were thrown out. We will check on availability of the church.
January 7, 2016 is the target date for the Christmas party. It was agreed to use the same caterer. We will check for availability of the church.
Feb 11 is the target night for the pizza party. Again, pending church availability.
March 11, 2017 is the target date for our chili cook off. John Clor and his wife would like to come and they will be notified of the date.
Dave and Cindy reported that clothing is ordered whenever there are enough items to make an order.
Gary reports that his brother Greg will make new stickers for the awards that were left over. Several of the members have received upgrades on their awards from Niagara. Congratulations to all the winners at the MCA show!
Mark has decided to not do membership. Lori and Lynn are willing to help out for the time being. Dues will go to Lori and she will contact Lynn with new members. Lynn has agreed to get the info to new members. Lynn stated that while she can help with membership in the short term, she cannot do both secretary and membership in the long term. A volunteer for membership or secretary would be appreciated.
Membership costs were reviewed and membership will continue to be $20/year as stated in the Club By-laws and are due between Jan 1 and Feb 15. Dues will be $20 regardless of when you join. Several have checked on membership with other clubs and $20 is one of the least costly in the area/ state. To attend an event when the Club is covering the cost, only current members in good standing will be admitted. If someone doesn’t pay dues all year and wants, for example, to come to taco night and pay dues, they will be charged $20 and will be due to renew again on Jan 1st of the following year. Some changes will also be made to the membership form. Preliminary changes were reviewed and a motion was made, 2nd and passed to adopt the changes and get the money sent to Lori. Scott and Gail attend many shows and have volunteered to take the “membership stand” to the shows they attend.
The daughter of Gale Halderman now books all of the events with Mr. Halderman. We will be contacting her to set up a Club trip in May to his facility in Dayton, Ohio.
The Capital Area Mustang Club had their show in Grand Ledge and of the 163 cars at the show, 22 were from our Club!
We made a profit at the car show and we agreed the profit would be donated.
$500 went to our show host – Frontline Church
$500 went to our monthly Club meeting host – Aberdeen Church
Both of the churches were happy to receive the donation.
$300 will go to Bethesda Farm for their program working with disabled people. ( Club Members Ruth and Mark Paulsen volunteer for this organization and have first-hand knowledge.)
$200 will go to the Marine Toys For Tots Campaign and Dave and Cindy Dunn volunteered to do the shopping for this.
$150 will go to Vicki’s Pet Connection ( an organization with which Gene, Pam and Phil Gibson have been associated.)
The owner of the Gallery Brewery in Portland would like to have a show/show and shine at her establishment. She realizes that the Club is a non-alcohol organization but would provide other drinks. She would like to host us for this event and would like to sponsor 2 classes for our show next summer. Rick and Cindy will go into that town and check out the restaurant.
The Meeting was adjourned by the President at 830 pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Lynn Trestrail
WMMC Secretary
