We could take our Mustangs, not have to worry about snow and ice, and the folks who go away for the winter can enjoy it. Rather than a present exchange or in addition to a present exchange, we might consider bringing a gift for the Toys for Tots campaign. This will be discussed again at future meetings.
WMMC Mustang and All Ford Show will be at Frontline Church again this year. It will be June 17, 2017.
Chris Stawasz will be the Show Chairman.
The vendor area will likely be moved. The vendor price will be $20 for 2 parking lot spaces. There will be a charge for each space used. There will be no discount.
There will be a spot at the Registration Table for Membership. If anyone wants to join on that day, show staff can direct them to the registration area.
Gene Gibson will be the person to receive the pre-registrations. For pre-registration, the cost is $15 and must be paid by May 31st. Registration on the day of the show will be $20.00.
The lot lay out will be reviewed and redesigned so the cars are not so spread out. The show layout may be changed as well. The finite details will be solved during future meetings.

Respectfully submitted,
Lynn Trestrail, WMMC Secretary
