Hi all. My wife and I are new members to the club and look forward to meeting many of you soon. We have a 07 Grabber Orange GT Conv we bought last fall and had to put it away almost right away after getting it so you can only imagine how long of a winter it has been for us. I was wondering what experiances you have had with polish/waxes you could help me with. I have always been a Mequirs kind of a guy but was wondering what else that is good to use out there. The more this car shines the happier I am. Any help would be much appreciated. We are also thinking of getting a couple strips for it and was wondering on any advice as to were to go to get it done. Thanks for any help you can render. Mike and Judy Stonex in Muskegon

Mequiar's, Mothers are both very good off the shelf products. If you want what the professionals use go to Wyricks in Zeeland Michigan. They will carry all the top of the line products for detailing your car. As far as stripping your car, it is actually an easy process. Contact me directly for a shop I can direct you to that will install those stripes. C-carparts@sbcglobal.net or www.c-carparts.com

I recommend Mequiars NXT 2.0 for ease and results. I have tried all the exotics and have found that for price, effort, and results Mequiars will perform just as good for shine and depth. I would recommend a dual action polisher to make the whole process easier with spectacular results. Plus it is pretty hard to damage the paint -Vs- circular polishers.
