Hello WMMC
I'm from Switzerland and intending to buy a 1966 Mustang Convertible from a guy here in Grand Rapids. As I am not an expert in old cars I would like to contact someone how knows this type of car. Although the Mustang looks great on the pictures I would like to have an "expert" to have a look at the car. Of course I would pay a decent remuneration for the expenditure. Can somebody support me?

Hello -
I am the proud 2nd owner of a red/white 1966 GT Convertible (A Code) with 36,000 original miles. I keep the car in Northern Michigan where my family (5 kids) drive it during the summer months.
This is a nice car but I am searching for a "classic mustang expert" to take it and inspect the car throughout for required renovation and safety upgrades (brakes, etc.) so I am confident it is a safe-driving vehicle.
I very much appreciate any suggestions.
Dan

Also check out Mustang Monthly magazine; you can purchase a copy at Barnes and Noble or Family Fare. This magazine has catered to early Mustangs since 1980.
