I went to the board meeting tonight, 10-12-2015 and there were so many people there and only one place to sit at an empty table. I never had attended any WMMC until tonight. As I stood there many people were looking at me, but no one came up to welcome me or say hello. I started to feel very uncomfortable and finally left, which is sad since I have been a paying member for a few years now. I suggest when you have meetings in the future to have someone near the entrance to welcome everyone in as they arrive. When new people show up, introduce them to someone to get them started on the right foot. I am considering dissolving my membership at this point. Thank you for your time.

We met at Uccello's last night and are meeting in a semi private room where people use the other half and we sometimes don't know if you're looking for the Mustang Club or the other party. We actually had 4 new members join us last night and we did welcome them. I'm sorry we missed you please give us another chance. Check out the activities like the upcoming taco/movie night at Rememberance Church. This is a good activity to get to know the club members. I promise I will keep pushing to make members aware of the cold shoulder effect. I had it happen to me with the Michigan Snowmobile Association. Please let us know your a new member. The Club members are a nice group of people. Call me personally and I will introduce you. Chris Stawasz. Asst. Vice President. Ph. 616-454-0673. Todd please come to more things like taco night and the chili cook off, please see the calendar. Hope to see you soon.

I'm sorry for the cold reception. In general, I try to say Hi to people I don't know, but sometimes I'm not able to. There are a lot of great people in the club and I'm still meeting new members and members that are just less active all the time. At some of the larger events, we go around the room and introduce ourselves. It might not be a bad idea to ask at the board meetings if we have new members and introduce ourselves then as well.
