We also need four members who are interested in being “Members at Large.” These positions will be voted on by the Board of Directors and will provide assistance and counsel to the Board as needed. Two will be elected for 2 years and 2 will be elected for 4 years and thereafter all the terms of service will be 2 years. By having overlapping terms, we will always have 2 senior members at large.
Additional needs for the Club.
We need a Show Chairman.
We need a new Membership Director.
We need a new Activities Chairman.
We need a Newsletter Editor.
We need a Website Administrator.
We need an MCA representative who is a member in good standing of the MCA and attends at least one MCA function per year and will report back to us.
Persons interested in these positions should also submit their names.
The Bylaws of the Club are being updated and will be submitted to the Club at our January meeting for final approval.
Miscellaneous comments: Roz is having her company make a cover for our equipment trailer. Chris will talk to his brother about checking out the trailer roof to prevent, stop, correct any leaks.
Jeff Stolte let us know that there is a company in Grand Rapids that makes Car Bags. You put the bag down, drive the car on top of it and zip it up around the car. This makes for safe storage during the winter.
The meeting was adjourned at 825 pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Lynn Trestrail
