WEST MICHIGAN MUSTANG CLUB JANUARY 11, 2016
Present were Dave and Heidi Mull, Chris Stawasz, Joe DiLorenzo, Neil and Carol Keegstra, Scott and Gail Broekema, Ron and Vicki Wilton, Tom and Julie Miller, Lori Stolte, Dave and Cindy Dunn, Gene Gibson, Phil Gibson, Bill Binning and Lynn Trestrail.
The meeting was called to order at 703 pm by Vice President Chris Stawasz.
The minutes of the December meeting and the Christmas Party were read and there were minor corrections. After corrections a motion was made and 2nd to accept the minutes as corrected. Motion passed.
The Treasurer’s report was distributed. It was reviewed by members. Ron noted that Bill Binning performed an audit and the books balanced. The report showed a deposit and that was for the reservations for the Christmas party. The expenses were also costs for the party: pop, plates etc. A motion was made, 2nd and accepted to approve the Treasurer Report. Lori Stolte has been elected as the new treasurer of the West Michigan Mustang Club on Jan 9, 2016. Ron Wilton will be removed from the WMMC bank account at Fifth Third Bank. Lori Stolte's name will be added to the WMMC bank account. Rick Bishop's name will remain on the account as he is club president. Thank you to Ron for his years of being Club Treasurer. Thank you to Bill for auditing the account and thank you to Lori for running for the current Treasurer position.
Old Business: Carol Keegstra has stepped down as the activities director and Heidi Mull has volunteered for that position. She will be assisted by Traci Stawasz. Many thanks to Carol for her years of service in the activities chairman position!
Our annual Pizza party will be February 13, 2016. It will be at Remembrance church in the downstairs room. Admission is 5 nonperishable items for the church or $5.00 for the food pantry.
March 12.2016 is the date of the Chili pallooza. It will also be in the downstairs room. These will both be from 5-9 pm. 62 people have already signed up for the pizza party. If you would like to go you can call and leave a message at 616 892 7794 or RSVP to Dave Mull at spiceman@altelco.net. John Klor enjoyed our chili event so much last year, he might come again this year!
Bill Binning reported that John Klor is speaking at The Gilmore Museum on February 7, 2016.
Membership duties are now being handled by Mark Long. The website is updated and reflects the new updated information. Dues can now be paid until February 14, 2016. His address is:

Dave Dunn reports that there is no new clothing information except that one of the worker shirts from the car show has been returned. We are still missing several worker shirts.
Dave and Heidi Mull report there are still 2 two bedroom units available for the Fall Color Tour. They are also
considering a spring tour to Sauderville in Archibald, Ohio. More information on that will come as spring approaches.

The revised by-laws voted on at the Christmas party will be posted on the website.
The club has been looking for a new show location. We are outgrowing the Betten Site and with construction on the north side of the dealership, we have no room to grow or have vendors. Several members have spent months looking for a new location and our new location will be the parking lot of Frontline Church 4411 Plainfield. It is located at the north end of North Kent Mall. The date of the show will be June 18 and will coincide with the end of the Freedom Cruise. More details to come soon.
