Glad you made it back to us in one piece! That's a nice looking ride, too! Yeah, methinx getting some Ford racing cams to work with those BBK headers would probably make a huge difference. There may be better options out there. I'm pretty new to the S197, so there are probably more informed folks out there, hopefully reading... -Rob

Hey everybody... this isn't official club stuff, and I hope I'm not overstepping, but I've invited some friends to go see Guardians of the Galaxy and afterward Captain America:Winter Soldier, and I'd like to extend that invite to everyone here. www.facebook.com/events/261993080663737/It'll probably be hard to miss me... despite... it's a 2006 GT, and I'm a chubby brown haired guy. I'm an introvert and still I'll talk your ear off about Mustangs. Oh yeah... this is the drive in: www.dannyboysdrivein.com/

Hey everybuddy! Just joined. Very short time member but long time lover of Mustangs since before I was old enough to drive one. Lover of all special cars, really. I have a pretty good idea visually what I want to do next; I want to make the body as functional as possible. If you have suggestions, I'm all ears. Performance-wise so far: I went with a superchips programmer which probably wasn't the best idea long term. I went with a Pypes Violator axle back system which is pretty open flow and I have good evidence that it has saved me some gas, but nothing conclusive on torque. I don't regret it except when the windows are up climbing a tall hill at 50 mph(i.e. almost never). Otherwise, all good. Also, I picked up the TCI StreetFighter Ratchet Shifter before it got super-ridiculously expensive. I LOVE IT, but not for what some people might think. For ratcheting 1-3? Not worth it... But for the normal stuff... park to drive, drive to R, anything to N, N to anything... it's so much better than stock it's not even funny. And it looks amazing, even if the stainless steel burns your epidermis off in August. Other mods are a serious revamp of the shaker audio system. that would take a while to talk about. I'd be glad to talk about that anytime, but I'm more eager to say hi to everybody on the board. Hey everybody! I saw some amazing mustangs a couple months ago on Plainfield. Hope to talk to any of ya soon! Attachments:
