I haven't had an issue on my 13. You can try doing a Fuse 47 pull, (http://www.mustangevolution.com/forum/f392/t353426/)but usually that is to fix the "learning" that makes it laggy, not overly responsive. Do you have a tune? If so, you might have something with the throttle mapping that is off and needs to be recalibrated.

Did you buy it used? If so, did it come with any sort of extra device like this?

After taking with you on the cruise, I decided to check out some info online and I was seeing that a fuse #47 pull seemed to help some people's throttle response when it was too sensitive. I remembered now that it does help when it becomes less responsive, so it is certainly worth a try for an overly sensitive throttle. I do it every month or so to kill the adaptive learning on my automatic transmission, so it seems like it might be good try for the throttle too. Do you know about the fuse #47 pull? Here is a link to the info you need if you haven't done it before: www.allfordmustangs.com/forums/2011-2014-v6-mustang-tech/343664-easy-button-adaptive-shifting-snafu.html
