June 28-30 Northern Star National Mustang Show, Bloomington, Minnesota
July 19 MCA Show & Track, Topeka, Kansas
August 30-Sept 1 Capital Horsepower MCA Grand National, Fredricksburg, VA
Old Business: Phil made the changes on the website.
New Business: We need to find someone who will DJ for us for the show. Tom will call Steve to see if he is willing to be hired to DJ. We also need someone to store the DJ equipment since it cannot be stored in the trailer.
Phil said documents that are in the Guideline can be converted to Google Docs and stored on Google Drive.
Phil said the email we got is expiring and did we want to pay to renew it. The consensus was not to renew.
WMMC Car Show Information: The Show Chairman was absent. He was unable to receive his copy of the Show Guideline. Tom addressed the issues that needed to be addressed in December and January.
Tom wants the SOP to be renamed the Guideline.
Suggestions were made to revise the vendor letter. Those changes will be made.
It was suggested that we decide on charities now and invite them to display their information at the Show.
The Show Chairman will have to contact those charities and invite them to have a table at our Show.
Gary will still solicit sponsors. Vendors may ship their goody bag and door prize items to Scott.
Respectfully submitted in the secretary’s absence,
Lynn Trestrail
