Merchandise: Joe picked up our hats. The relative for the man from Impact printing cannot find our screens for the shirts. Rose’s said they can do shirts; we will just have to pay another set up fee for the screens. That was agreeable to all present.
We will have an after show wrap up meeting on June 14, 2021 at 7 pm at Frontline church.
MCA: Lori reported there are no changes from last month’s report.
Dash plaques will be handed out at the entrance gate. We will also hand out a note that has the agenda and a space at the bottom for nonmembers to write their names so they will be contacted for next year.
Kevin has contracted River City Coffee and Cake and Patty Matters Food Trucks.
Revive Performance will be present for a demonstration.
Marcus Cervantes will be there representing Ford Performance Club Connect.
A power hook up will be available for our DJ.
Raffle: we have some items for the raffle table and the Club will be adding several cash amounts for the raffle. We will have 1-$100 price and 4-$50 prizes. Raffle tickets will be for sale for: $5.00 for an arm length and $10.00 for the width of the car.
Regular raffle tickets are one sheet for $10.00.
So far, we have 10 volunteers. They should report at 7 am. Many regulars are coming at 730 am.
Lori will get water for the workers for the show and ice and a cooler. Lori will also get ‘start up’ money for those needing that.
New Business: VanderHyde Ford in Cedar Springs sponsors a Show and Shine on Tuesday nights with the St. Julian’s Brewery. Flo’s pizza is part of it as well. Flo’s has been a sponsor for our show in the past. It is from 6-9 pm.
We have secured Frontline church for our meeting location. They are available when we want to have space. They also have space for our Holiday party and other gatherings, i.e., pizza night, taco night and chili night.
We talked about setting up a movie night this summer, ice cream runs, etc. All members are invited to come up with a suggestion for an evening or afternoon cruise. Please let the Board know so that a mass email can be sent.
The meeting adjourned at 815 pm. The show wrap up meeting is June 14, 2021 at 7:00 pm at Frontline Church.
Respectfully submitted,
Lynn Trestrail
WMMC Secretary
