WEST MICHIGAN MUSTANG CLUB BOARD MEETING MAY 8, 2023
BORGMAN FORD UPSTAIRS MEETING ROOM
Present were: Rick & Krista Boomers, Gary & Ginny Marble, Maggie Turner, Lori Stolte, Marty Mieras, Jeremy Hoard, Joe DiLorenzo, Gene Gibson, Rich May and Lynn Trestrail.
The meeting was called to order at 6:32 pm by Vice President Jeremy Hoard.
Secretary Report: The secretary read the secretary’s report. There were no additions nor corrections. A motion was made, 2nd and passed to approve the minutes.
Treasury Report: The treasurer distributed the treasury report. The report was reviewed. Income and expenses were explained. There were no additions nor corrections. A motion was made, 2nd and passed to approve the report.
Membership: Lori explained that we now have 155 paid members.
Merchandise: Gary brought an example of a new club shirt. The printer has multiple colors available. He can print on items purchased elsewhere but he cannot guarantee them. Contact Gary if you want to get any Club shirts. This printer is working on the show shirt.
Activities: The Mustang Day Cruise was held on May 6. The cruise was to Ludington. About 40 cars went on the cruise some joining along the way. We were warmly welcomed by BettenBaker Ford in Ludington where donuts, coffee and restrooms were provided. Many thanks to Pam at BettenBaker for arranging our stop. We had a lunch stop in Ludington. Several cars returned to Grand Rapids after lunch but the others cruised back to Berlin Race Track. The lap on the track was cancelled due to weather but several stayed for the races. CA – the Indianapolis show is sold out. MCA News is attached.

June 9 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Setting up for show, goodie bag stuffing, general prep at BettenBaker Ford in Coopersville. Exit 16 on I-96. Please come if you can; many hands make light work.
June 10 WMMC Mustang and all Ford Show. Arrive 630 am to help set up for show at 8 am. We need MANY volunteers. Please contact a board member to volunteer. We need many volunteers.
June 12 After WMMC Show meeting at Borgman Ford 630 pm. Plans for summer.
June 24, 2023 WMMC Summer Picnic at Howard Dunton Park in Holland, MI. Her email is; lstolte320@gmail.com and phone number is
517 930 0561. Please RSVP by 6-10-23. The Club will provide sandwiches, table service and napkins. We need the RSVP to know how many subs to order. Members are asked to bring a dish to pass, their favorite non-alcoholic beverages and a hungry belly!
July 8 Mustang / Camaro event in Kalamazoo. More details to come.
Show Business: If you are donating a raffle item you can bring it on Friday to set up or on Saturday at the start of the how. However, if you are donating an item, please let Gary know by May 30 so he can get your name included on the board.
