Hello,
My father is turning 80 years old this year. He worked for Ford for 35 years and has been retired for a while now. He has owned a 91 convertible and a 2004 Mach 1 Mustang. However, he no longer has a Mustang. For his 80th this year, I was hoping to find a place or individual to rent a classic Mustang for a day that he could drive. Is there anyone in this club willing to do this? Or do you know where I might find a place in Michigan that might have classic for rent? Thank you in advance.

Hello!
Let me put the word out and see if anyone knows of a place to rent them from or would be willing to do so. When would this be happening and what city/town would you be in? Do you have an email address/phone number that we could contact you for more info? Feel free to message me directly if you like.
Thanks!

Thanks Phil. His birthday is this Sunday. However, I would just like to give it to him as a gift that could be redeemed sometime this summer. Sdmelcher04@comcast.net

Also, he lives in Tecumseh, MI but we would be willing to travel to accommodate.

A couple of people in the club suggested checking with Hagerty since they deal with insuring classic cars, and it looks like they even have a website set up to arrange rentals of all different types. Check it out here: driveshare.com/I think this would be able to find what you are looking for. There seems to be a few Mustangs in Michigan and the surrounding areas available. If you search for Ford in Michigan, then once it brings up the list, click the "More" arrow you can narrow it down to just Mustangs in the area. I hope this helps!
