OLD BUSINESS:
Frontline Church does not have a food pantry. Therefore, we will donate the money from Taco Night to Kid’s Food Basket, Grand Rapids.
The Christmas Party was a success. However, we were short plates and we will supply some ‘take home’ containers for our next party. The food was very good. We will plan on either Nov 12 or November 19th for the 2022 Christmas party. Kevin will check with the church to see if either of those days is available.
We held our election of officers at the Christmas party. The president will be Marty Mieras, VP is Jeremy Hoard, Secretary is Lynn Trestrail and Treasurer is Lori Stolte. Our two new Members at Large will be Rick Bishop and Dick Engel joining current Members at Large Gene Gibson and Maggie Turner.
Thank you to all who ran and congratulations to those who won.
There was discussion about honoring those members who have passed away this year. We lost one founding member and a long time members plus other members. The issue was tabled at this meeting and will be addressed in the future after folks have had an opportunity to think about it.
2022 Show. We have the facility to use, we have a food vendors, we are going to find Boy Scouts to be the Honor Guard for the National Anthem and offering them the chance to have donuts and coffee in the early morning. We hope to have a response on that by the next meeting.
At the December meeting we will pick charities for the 2022 show.
We will not be changing the car classes for the show.
Things to do for the Show: rent port a potties, have a volunteer coordinator, secure vendors, contact the Mustang Trailer.
A motion was made to have the Best in Show award be the Ron Wilton Memorial Award. Money was donated to cover the cost of that award and that will be a yearly award. The motion was 2nd, and approved to make the award.
Steve Morgan will again DJ our show.
We are asking all members to consider donating items to the raffle table and door prize table. If you have a donation you may keep it at home until the night before the show. Bring it when you come to help prep the show and ta-daa nobody had to store many items. Thank you in advance for your donations.

Respectfully submitted,
