We can also use this at meetings, or other small events. This is battery powered and the battery lasts up to 100 hours! It is wireless adaptable and with the accessories and adapter it was $126. There was also some discussion on how to position the speakers, so the show field can hear all the announcements.
Secretary Report: The minutes of the November meeting were read. A motion was made, 2nd and passed to approve the minutes.
Phil reported that he has the new website all set up with Go Daddy and the information will be migrated over.
The Treasurer’s report was distributed and reviewed. Lori explained income and expenses. We had a pallet of water left over from the show and it was sold. A motion was made, 2nd and passed to approve the report.

2018 WEST MICHIGAN MUSTANG CLUB MUSTANG AND ALL FORD CAR SHOW JUNE 9, 2019
The rest of the meeting was dedicated to the car show.
Marty Mieras has retired from the military and plans to be more active with the Club. He owns 18 Mustangs and has 4 pace cars. He also has a 1967 Pace setter. Only 2 cars were made and he hopes to obtain the 2nd Pace Setter. He has been approached by MCA to be the subject of an article about his cars. He hopes to have some space to display his cars at the show. MCA may come to the Show and interview him for the article.
Chris said that the church would like to have a carnival in the back half of the lot. He and Kevin will have further conversations with Blake to determine where the boundaries will be.
Letters to National Vendors should go out the first week in January. Lynn has some labels prepared for the mailing and Dave will send her his lists, so she can prepare more labels. Chris feels the same letter with minor changes can be used this year.
Letter will also go out to show vendors in March. Letters/show registrations will also go to those who are not members but attended the show. Finally, the packet will go to members and it will include a registration form and volunteer notice. It will also include the form to get show sponsors, and donations for the raffle/ door prizes.
We are requesting someone to volunteer for management of the door prize table. Heidi has done this in the past and they will not be at the show this year.
Members are also asked to try to obtain as many sponsors as possible. Anyone can approach businesses or people to donate to sponsor the show. We would like the commercial sponsor to donate $100 each. We would like to get all or at least most of our expenses covered by sponsors. In the past many members have also been show sponsors and the goal is to get enough outside sponsors that our members only need to donate time. Members are asked to think about where they can volunteer and help the show and are asked to let the Board know via phone or email.
Since the church wants part of the lot for a carnival, we may only need two handicapped porta potties and two wash stations.
The next meeting is 1.8.18. Anyone who is interested can meet at 5 pm for a pre-meeting dinner at Cheers.
The meeting was adjourned at 815 pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Lynn Trestrail
WMMC Secretary
