WEST MICHIGAN MUSTANG CLUB – VIRTUAL BOARD MEETING - MARCH 31,2020
Present online were Kevin Guzniczak, Scott Broekema, Gary Marble, Lori Stolte, Carol Keegstra, Joe DiLorenzo, Phil Gibson, Gene Gibson, Dave and Heidi Mull and Lynn Trestrail.
The meeting was called to order at 700 pm by the President.
Secretary Report: Lori took minutes for the March 2 meeting and read the report. One correction was made to the report and a motion was made, 2nd and passed to approve the March 31 minutes.
Treasury report: Since this was not a regular meeting, there was no “official” treasury report, but Lori reported that there was very little difference between the Treasury report last month and this month.
The Mustang Day cruise for May 2 has been postponed. We will find another day once the pandemic quarantine is over.
The main focus for this meeting was to make a decision about our car show scheduled for June 13.
After a short discussion about pros and cons regarding the show a motion was made, 2nd and passed to cancel the show for this year. There will be a message sent to members and a Facebook post noting our cancellation.
The next meeting will be May 11 and will likely be another virtual meeting. We will evaluate where things stand with the pandemic and make further Club plans as the situation allows.
A motion was made, 2nd and passed to adjourn the meeting at 740 pm.
