Could anybody help me with a possible reverse lookup on a VIN for this:

Royal Maroon (B) paint

It was originally a California car with a Thermactor emission system. I've reached out to Marti about this but without the VIN number they at least need a District Sales Office. I'm guessing it was either Los Angeles or San Jose?

Scott, I'm assuming you don't have, or know anyone with physical access to the car? Unless it was a 1/1 with those options - Good luck. Marti would have been my next answer as well.
