Secretary's Report: The minutes were read and a motion was made and 2nd
to approve the report.
Treasurer's Report: The Treasurer's report was distributed and discussed and a motion was made to approve the report.
Over 30 cars went to the Traverse City color tour in September and everyone had a

The order book for the clothing, etc. will be brought to the Taco Nite on November 1, 2014.
Next year shirts (2015) will be ordered in March, 2015.
We have 253 members as of this date. 6 people requested not to receive post cards.
Bill Binning created a very nice WMMC form for Information on our club and Membership
Application. Members can pass them out to whomever. Very nice job, Bill !!! we all appreciate

Rick Bishop, our President, received a very nice letter from a couple of new club members from
Traverse City. They said they enjoyed our club and the activities that we have. They also

THE FOLLOWING IS SOME DATE CHANGES AND ADDITIONS:
Southern Color Tour to Kalamazoo: October 25, 2014. We will all meet at 84th Street
And Kalamazoo ave. at the Cornerstone Church at 10:00a.m. and leave at 10:15a.m. We will
Caravan together and have lunch at Angelos in Kalamazoo. We are all looking forward to
Seeing lots of color.
Taco Night: November 1, 2014. You must RSVP to Carol Keegstra by October 27,
Carol’s phone # 616-452-0684.We will be at Rememberance Church (3 mile and Rememberance road). If you would like to help set-up, please come at 5:00p.m.
We will eat at 6:00p.m.
The movie will be “History of the Mustang”, Part II. Also, please bring 3 canned goods per person for the Food Bank. If you do not bring canned goods, there will be a $5 pp. charge.
Christmas Party: Will be January 3rd, 2015 from 6:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. We will
Have Chicken Breast Supreme, Beef Pot Roast, Hawaiian Bake Ham, dinner

Chili Cook-Off: will be March 7, 2015, upstairs at Rememberance Church from
5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. We need a head count to Carol Keegstra by February 21, 2015.

We will have the privilege of Mr.John Clore the Public Relations Director from Ford,

We discussed the 2015 Color Tour to Port Huron. Dave Mull signed a contract with the
Double Tree Hotel by Hilton, It is at the base of the blue water bridge. The charge will be $139 per night for the room. Dave is working on getting us all together on one floor.
